By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase our products and services.
Ever Bloom and Co reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or refund any orders that are placed with us for any reason. These include those orders who have already been placed and/or have been paid for.
Customers are not permitted to purchase any of our products for resale.

Prices on each of our products can change at any time without any notice.
Purchases that have already been ordered and paid for before a price change online, will not be charged any additional fees.
Prices excludes delivery and delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY
Delivery Prices are shown in AUD. Daily deliveries occur between 9am-6pm AEST.
Ever Bloom and Co cannot guarantee delivery time for a specific time of day.
If you wish to have a guaranteed time of delivery at an additional cost, please contact us via our email address everbloomflowerandco@gmail.com.
All delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery postcode of your order. Please ensure you select the correct postcode, any incorrect details that require changing will require notification and approval of Ever Bloom and Co and a request for the full payment for any difference in cost may be required before the product will be delivered.
Ever Bloom and Co uses multiple courier companies to deliver our goods and products. Deliveries are processed promptly upon confirmation of full payment.
Ever Bloom and Co will make all efforts to have your florals delivered to you on the delivery date specified on your order however we are not liable for any failure or delay to deliver your florals for any reason.
Ever Bloom and Co is also not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received.
In the event goods are damaged or lost, we must be notified immediately. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Ever Bloom and Co. Refer to Refund Policy.
INCORRECT & INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
When placing an order, please ensure all details provided are correct and accurate.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the delivery has been made, we do not take responsibility for the order.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you will be notified via your contact email/mobile number provided. We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees apply for flowers that need to be replenished.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
All undeliverable items will be sent back to Ever Bloom Flower store where the customer will be liable for any additional charges in relation to returning or disposing of the undeliverable items.
We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees apply for flowers that need to be replenished.
Ever Bloom and Co is not responsible if your order goes missing once placed in a safe place.
As flowers are very delicate and perishable it is advised that recipients collect their order as soon as they are notified that they have been delivered.
Our products are considered as undeliverable when:
CHANGE OF ORDER ADDRESS
If you need to change or update the delivery address for your order, you must notify us 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
If you fail to notify us 24 hours in advance, and simply notify us the day of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate this change. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address. Should our delivery driver need to reroute to somewhere else, an additional fee may be charged.
URGENT DELIVERIES
Any requests for urgent or specific delivery times remain at the discretion of Ever Bloom and Co. We will make all attempts to accommodate requests however do not guarantee delivery of any of our products. Please contact us and discuss your needs and we will attempt to come to a resolution that suits one another. In some cases, additional fees and charges may apply.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our products (exc. Gift boxes and accessories) all sales paid in full and delivered are final. We reserve the right to seek verification on any claims for refunds with supporting evidence before considering refunds.
